The Red Sea Winery produces wine made from 100% quality grapes of various varieties, including Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and more. The wine goes through a long fermentation and then a long aging in special oak barrels until the perfect product is produced
The wine is not filtered, in order to preserve the unique aromas and color.
Cabernet Sauvignon series

Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, hand-harvested at the peak of their ripeness in Moshav Karmi Yosef.
The wine underwent a long and exhaustive fermentation, at the end of which it was transferred to aging in new American oak barrels, from which the unique smoky flavors and the deep burgundy color come.
Merlot series
An amazing and full-bodied wine, made from 100% quality Merlot grapes that were hand-harvested in Moshav Karmi Yosef and yielded a wine full of presence and with a bright red hue. The aroma of the wood and the light smoky flavors were obtained from a long fermentation with the skins, and from an aging of 15 months in new American oak barrels
Shiraz series
A classic and amazing wine made from 100% dark and ripe Shiraz grapes hand picked in the vineyard planted in 1973 in the Yosef vineyards. The wine went through a long fermentation process at a low temperature, at the end of which it was placed in American and French oak barrels alternately for 3 years to extract the maximum flavors
